Are You Protected?

Your retailer is an Authorized Consumer Priority Service (CPS) Dealer. This means they care about you and your product long after the purchase date. As a CPS dealer, your retailer can easily extend your product's warranty to provide one full year of coverage.

Total Coverage

CPS covers 100% of parts and labor for your products. Our coverage begins 30 days after the product purchase.

The CPS Guarantee

CPS’s hassle-free claims process makes it easy to file claims. You are only one mouse click or phone call away from a professional repair. If your product cannot be repaired, CPS will offer you a check for the cost of a replacement.

No Lemon Guarantee: If your product fails three times due to the same malfunction, CPS will replace your unit!

In-Home Service

At the time of claim, CPS will send a local manufacturer-authorized technician to complete repairs on your product. Based on the MSRP of the product, your service may be subject to a deductible.

Appliance Shield Limited Warranty

This guarantee covers all costs related to parts and labor for a period of one (1) year. Your product shall be free from manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship and perform according to the manufacturer’s specifications. If your product requires service, CPS may repair or replace it at their discretion. Replacement products or parts may be new or remanufactured. Product replacement constitutes the full limit of liability. This guarantee is valid only in the U.S. when the product is used and maintained for its intended purpose.

To File a Claim:

Call (800) 905-0443 or visit www.cpscentral.com. Select "Appliance Shield Program" under “Customers” and click “Make a Claim”. Only CPS-authorized providers will service your claim.

Please have:

  • Warranty ID number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Make, model, and serial number

Note: Service may be subject to a deductible based on product MSRP.

What Is Not Covered:

  • Products with defaced, removed, or unreadable serial numbers
  • Products removed outside the U.S.
  • Service calls unrelated to defects or malfunctions
  • Improper use or failure to follow instructions
  • Unauthorized repairs or use of non-authorized parts
  • External causes: abuse, misuse, power issues, vermin, accidents, fire, acts of God
  • Transportation costs or removal from home
  • Product modifications or inaccessible installations
  • Cosmetic damage, rust, or finishes
  • Commercial or multi-family use (3+ units)
  • Installation correction or usability training
  • Consumables, bulbs, filters, knobs, handles
  • Damage from water issues or poor ventilation
  • Costs from utility changes or increases
  • Products over 48 months old from manufacture date
  • Shelves, bins, drawers, or accessories damaged or lost

The cost of repair or replacement for excluded items must be borne by the user.

Disclaimer

Your sole and exclusive remedy under this performance guarantee shall be product repair or replacement as provided herein. Claims based on implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this warranty.
